Health profile and programming:
As a new member you will receive a lifestyle assessment upon joining the club. From the results, our fully qualified instructors will devise a tailor made program to suit your individual needs. This program can be re-assessed at regular intervals.
Fully equipped gymnasium:
You will have unlimited use of all available equipment on our gym floor including: cardio theatre, pin loaded ‘Life Fitness’ weight machines and free weights.
Group Fitness Classes:
We have excellent Instructors and a variety of Group Fitness classes available – many of which are Les Mills! Take a look at our timetable to find a class and time to suit your needs!
