Aaron Doyle – Managing Director
Aaron is in charge of the smooth running of The Cove Health 1st Fitness Club.
Aaron is an ASCA coach (Australian strength & Conditioning Association) and bodybuilder trainer who has competed at a state and national level in a variety of sports. His array of injurys over the years has seen him take a back seat to his dreams of becoming a professional sportsman and shifting his focus to improving his knowledge in all aspects of strength & conditioning to help others in their achieving their sporting goals. His constant thirst for knowledge has seen him help an array of people in many different situations in his new role within the Health 1st team.
Aaron’s current goals lie in the realm of Body Building. He recently placed 2nd in his first stage appearance at the state championships of WFF, and is looking forward to improving on his physique and taking it to the world stage.
If your looking for professional physique conditioning, specialised sports programs, motivation and lifestyle management Aaron is the man to see.
Alyssa Doyle – Manager
Although it states above that “Aaron” is in charge of the Health 1st Fitness Club, it really is Alyssa that is the backbone of this beautiful organisation. She completed her ASCA level 1 course in October of 2011 and looks forward to furthering her study in business to help us stay in front of the game and provide everyone with a great venue at the Cove Health 1st Fitness Club.

Jenna Owen – Reception
Jenna is the newest member to The Cove’s front desk, having previously been a Personal Trainer herself, she has a big passion for the fitness industry. When Jenna is not at The Cove, she is completing her uni degree at ECU and spending lots of time weight training. Jenna also just took out 1st place in her first stage appearance in her division at the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) figure competition in May and looks forward to competing again this year!
Adrian Giannini – Coach
Adrian’s passion as a Coach has grown over the last 4 years. He enjoys helping people reach their goals – whether it be for improving daily life, or competitions for athletes. He enjoys showing people that they are capable of more than they think, and believes that “when you’re healthy you’re happy, and lets face it, when you look good you feel good!”
Adrian is a qualified Boxfit instructor, Vipr trainer and rehab trainer with experience in all facets of coaching, including functional training, body building, and plyometric training. His training strengths include strength, performance and body sculpting.
Adrian says, “Come train with me! I know what it takes to get you what you want. There are no magic pills, no special diet, and no machine that gives an average person a body builders physique in 2 weeks! I will show you that all it takes is hard work, determination and commitment, so stick with me and i’ll make it happen!”
