Sara Kinell – Receptionist
Sara’s biggest interest is health, training and fitness. As a certified CXWORX and spin instructor, she loves group fitness. Both to teach and push the participants to work even harder than they ever thought was possible; as well as to join classes and work out together as a team.
Sara has been an elite swimmer for several years, quit in 2009 and immediately started to play volleyball – hard court in Sweden, and sand in Perth. Moreover, she enjoys playing golf and skiing downhill. Despite this constant competitiveness and drive to conquer obstacles in all kinds of situations, she is incredibly friendly and approachable!
The fitness related goal Sara is striving towards at the moment is to improve her explosive strength – with weight lifting. To get more knowledge, ideas and inspiration for her free weights workouts is her ongoing project.
