If it is muscle you are looking at gaining then you need to increase the amount of food you intake – be sure to eat healthy meals, increase protein (because this is the building blocks for muscle development), avoid salts and sugars, and keep training – you need to keep training otherwise the additional food your body is taking in will be stored as fat instead of being converted to muscle through the exercise process.

  5. I think that what you wrote was actually very reasonable.
    However, think on this, what if you were to create a killer title?

    I am not saying your content is not good., however
    suppose you added something that grabbed a person’s attention? I mean Nutrition covehealthfirst is kinda plain. You could look at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they create article headlines to grab viewers interested.
    You might add a video or a picture or two to
    grab readers excited about what you’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it might make your blog a little livelier.
