Well I’ve been talking it up and warning you guys about a better way of training that we were going to introduce to the Health 1st timetable, and here it is…………METABOLIC CONDITIONING! MWAHAHAHA ahem. These 30 minute classes will rock you to your core and shift some fat while its there.
Metcon’s are conditioning exercises intended to improve your metabolic pathways to help increase storage and delivery of energy during activity. It is worked in blocks of anywhere between 10 – 120 sec work loads with rest periods at either a 1:3 or 1:2 ratio.
