To all our Group Fitness Bunnies!

Our class numbers have been steadily growing – more than likely due to our AMAZING instructors :)

Soooo….it has become necessary for people to book into the classes to secure their place (because we REALLY don’t like to turn people away!)

The online booking system is available to all of our ‘full members’ (i.e. not casual gym goers, or off peak memberships). Corporate members need not worry either as we reserve 1/3 of the class for you.

If you haven’t yet been sent the link to book in please email us and we will forward it to you (if you are eligible) city@covehealthfirst.com . Please also note, you must be in the class 5 minutes before the class starts to secure your spot, otherwise we will open the doors to all those who are here waiting…

TONIGHTS SPIN CLASS IS CANCELLED! Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience to anyone of our athletes. We have covered tonights class with Deano’s Boxing Bonanza if you still want to sweat it out :)

Hi Fellow Athletes!

Just a reminder that the new classes start this week:

Monday nights at 6pm – 30 minute Metabolic Conditioning with Rich. This will incorporate high intensity exercises designed to help improve your body’s ability to increase storage and delivery of energy throughout exercise, thus increasing your body’s efficiency throughout exercise. The first week will include body weight exercises, with additional weights to be added to the various workouts over the coming weeks. The first 2 weeks are FREE, after which there will be a small $2 fee which will go towards additional equipment for the class.

Tuesday mornings at 6:30am – 60 minute Bootcamp/Circuit session with Emilie. Free for initial 2 weeks, and then $10 per session attended.

I hope you can find the time to come to these classes – they will be an excellent way to get the body ready for summer!
