Cove Core - A range of exercises dedicated to strengthen and tighten your core.
Cove Loaded - In this class you will be taken through some tough workouts designed to increase your strength and endurance – burn a tonne of calories and watch your body change!
Cove Met Con - Metabolic Circuit class designed to push you to your limits!
Cove Primal - Body weight and cardio/movement. Think TRX’s, bands, balls and plyometrics – all the fun stuff to get your heart pumping!
Cove Strength - heavy weighted resistance classes designed to maximise gains and strength.
Pilates - Strengthen and lengthen muscles with focus on your core.
Step - Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get a huge motivation from sing-along music and approachable instructors.
